Welcome to the 2010 Inland Northwest Outdoor Show.  Due to the huge success of the inaugural show in 2009 we have moved the 2010 show to the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds to allow more exhibitors the opportunity to participate in this great event.  We have also joined forces with the Twin Rivers Back Country Horsemen in our continued effort to attract larger attendance and thus provide increased marketing opportunities for exhibitors.  The show will be inside the 31,000+ square foot Fair Pavilion with additional outside exhibitor space available.

The 2010 show will be March 26th through March 28th

VENDOR REGISTRATION & SETUP HOURS

Thursday March 25      2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Check-in and Setup
Friday      March 26       8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Check-in and Setup

SHOW /DISPLAY HOURS

Friday     March 26      3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Display
Saturday March 27     9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Display
Sunday   March 28      9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Display
Sunday   March 28      3:00 p.m. – Dismantle & Cleanup

Exhibitor space rates for the 2010 show will be $1.50 per square foot if paid by December 31, 2009.  After January 1, 2010 rates will be $2.00 per square foot.  Standard exhibitor spaces are 10’x10’ and 10’x15’ with multiple configurations available.  There is also large outside areas available.  Electrical power and chairs are provided at no additional charge.  Other items are available for a modest fee:

Tables (eight ft.)                         $5.00 each
Peg Board Wall (limited #)     $10.00 each
Booth Wall (3 @ 8 ft.)               $25.00 set

RV camping is available on site at the fairgrounds at a rate of $20.00 per night.  RV spaces include power and water and there are showers available on site. An RV dump is also available on site.  Camping is allowed in designated areas only.  Local motels can be located at www.lewistonchamber.org.

Food Vendors will be available during show hours and for breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning before the doors open for the show.

All exhibitors will be required to submit an Idaho Sales Tax Form – ST124.  Vendors displaying motorized vehicles must have an Idaho Dealers License.  For further details please contact Lynn Moss at (208)-791-9601.

The following is a list of Terms and Conditions for the 2010 Inland Northwest Outdoor Show.  It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to be familiar with all terms and comply fully. Exhibitor(s) in violation of any term or condition may be asked to leave the fairgrounds and may be excluded from any future Inland Northwest Outdoor Show events.

  • No Parking Inside during the show.  Use the parking lots.  Only those paying for Outside Vendor space are allowed to park in the paid for space.
  • We will try to fill your choice of booth location however we reserve the right to assign all display space.
  • Electrical power is available if needed.  Exhibitor must provide own extension cords.
  • The building will be secured (locked) or patrolled during non show hours.
  • Any raffle held in/at an exhibitors’ booth must be approved in advance.
  • All exhibitors are required to confine displays within their designated space.
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  No dogs in buildings and you must clean up after your dog.
  • Returned Checks: exhibitor checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $35.00 handling fee.
  • Dismantling of exhibitor spaces may not occur before 3:00 pm. Sunday, March 28th.
  • All Camping on fairgrounds property must be paid for in advance.
  • Exhibitors will refrain from excessive noise from sound systems and will not interfere with the activities of any other exhibitor.
  • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to clean their Booth after the event.  A $20.00 cleanup charge may be assessed for failure to observe this rule.
  • Exhibitors may terminate this contract, in writing, on or before March 1st with 70% of the total Booth fee refunded.  Cancellations thereafter will not be refunded.
  • Exhibitors must follow all applicable state and local regulations and are responsible for such.
  • Any deviation from the stated policies must be approved in writing prior to the 2010 Show.
  • Liquid & gas fueled vehicles inside buildings shall have batteries disconnected and no more than 5 gallons or 1/5 tank capacity full.  Fuel tank openings shall be locked and sealed to prevent release of vapors.

Upon receiving full payment for your booth space you will be sent information on how to submit your logo and website link to be included on the Inland Northwest Outdoor Show Website and in other advertisements.  The Inland Northwest Outdoor Show Committee and Twin Rivers Back Country Horsemen thank you for your support to make 2010 another exciting and successful show.
